For changes in delivery quantity and temporary hold on our service please notify us at least 16 hours ahead of time for us to plan and communicate downstream to our delivery boys.
Please don't pay our delivery boys or send messages thru them. They are good at delivery but poor at communication and payments made to them could be lost due to the travel they are involved with every day.
Please keep a container with lid for delivered milk packets to keep them safe from Cat/Dogs etc.
Online payment is the best option. You also get discounts for payments made online before the 7th of the month. The only way to track your online payment to your consumption is to put your Community name and number in the comments section of your online fund's transfer
We have a refundable deposit of your one month's consumption that has to be made with your first month's invoice. While we trust you there have been instances in the past where customers moved out of the country and unintentionally forgot to pay. Having a deposit helps us when you have delayed payments.
The milk being delivered in the purest and natural form, meaning no processing whatsoever. Hence please boil/refrigerate(Freezer) it on receipt. The shelf life for this milk is only a few hours so please enjoy it while fresh.
We intend to keep the price fair and equivalent to our effort. The price of Buffalo milk is Rs. 150 and that of cow is Rs. 155. However, based on the number of customers in a location and the ease to deliver we vary the price.
